Ruth Virginia Rodgers Hobson was born June 26, 1927 to Walter S. Rodgers and Eva Mae Barton Rodgers at Licking, MO. Ruth passed away from this life on August 6, 2013 at the age of 86 years at Licking, MO. Ruth was united in marriage to Kenneth V. Hobson, June 9, 1945. To this union one daughter Bobby Lou Hobson Camden was born. Survivors include her husband Kenneth V. Hobson of Licking; daughter Bobby Lou Camden and husband James (Joe) of Salem, MO; two granddaughters Jeannette M. Wisdom of MO and Amanda J. Camden of Phoenix, AZ; three great-grandchildren Jordan, Jared and Jason Wisdom of Salem and their father Jeremy Wisdom of Salem. Preceding her in death were her parents and an infant grandson. Ruth was a member of the United Methodist Church, Licking and professed a faith in Jesus Christ at an early age. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
