Nancy Elaine (Davy) James, 44 was born November 18, 1969. She passed this world June 21, 2014 due to a motorcycle accident. Nancy lived in Licking, Missouri all of her life except for two years, while she and her family were in California.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse and Eileen Davy; one brother, Gene Davy; and one sister, Veta Davy.
She was united in marriage April, 1990 to Steven James of Houston, Missouri and to this union, a daughter, Nicole James was born.
Nancy was a proud Grandma of Emma Eileen Vestal. Emma was the light of Nancy’s life.
Nancy leaves behind her daughter, Nicole; her granddaughter, Emma; many sisters, Carol Brim of Houston, Missouri; Virginia Gann of Alderpoint, California; Jackie Gilbert of Bellflower, Missouri; Sharon Decker of Houston, Missouri; Marty Lane of Evening Shade, Missouri; Betty Vestal of Licking, Missouri; and Brenda Brim of Lebanon, Missouri; one brother, Frank Davy of Licking, Missouri and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind a very dear and close friend, Jeff Dooley of St. Louis County.
She wore many different faces. When it came to employment, Nancy excelled in everything that she set her mind to. Nancy loved living life and put a smile on everyone’s face that she came in contact with.
Nancy, you will be greatly missed!
