Fern Sutton 84 of Warrenton passed away at home surrounded by her family on April 19, 2016. Fern was born in Licking Missouri on September 15,1931 to Eddie Florence and William Russell Hamby.
Fern married Carl Wesley Sutton on September 2, 1950 in Houston Missouri and together they had Five children, William (Bill), Dennis, Cynthia (Cindy), Eddie and Chris.
Fern was a homemaker and her children, husband and family were her life. One could not talk with Fern long without hearing how proud she was of her children and her grandchildren. She could go on for hours sharing the joy that all of her children and grandchildren brought to her. She loved going to the lake with her husband and family.
Fern is survived by three sons, William (Bill) and wife Linda of Foley, Dennis and
wife Sandy of O'Fallon, Chris and wife Jessica of Warrenton and one daughter Eddie of Warrenton. One sister Ruby Douglas of Philadelphia Missouri. One son-
in-law Jeff Amptmann of Moscow Mills. Five grandsons Billy, Thomas, Jesse, Anthony and Eric. Three great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded by her husband Carl, her daughter Cynthia (Cindy)Amptmann, parents William Russell and Eddie Florence Hamby, brothers Otha, Eugene, James, Rudolph and one sister Aline
