Deborah Jane Downs Lyon was born June 13, 1953 in Ft. Knox, Kentucky to William E. Downs and Dolores E. Jasmine. She was the oldest of three children and left behind her brother Roy Downs and sister Marcia Geurin.
Debbi grew up in Norwalk, CT but left for an adventure in the 70’s to become a truck driver. This is where she met her second husband and father of her two children Terry Lyon. They lived in California for 10 years before moving to Missouri.
Debbi Lyon was preceded in death by her mother Dolores “Dolly” Downs, and father William E. Downs.
She is survived by her two children, Tiffany Lee (Lyon) Gallaway, 36, of Colorado Springs,CO and Sean Lyon, 31, currently serving in the Army at Ft. Bliss, TX, 6 grandchildren and another one on the way.
