Obituary of Lowell C. Long

Lowell Long was born December 5, 1941 to the late Emial and Lillian (Hall) Long in Hayward,CA and departed this life August 8, 2017 at Texas County Memorial Hospital in Houston, Missouri.

            He is preceded in death by one brother and one sister and his father-in-law, Edward Dewhirst.

            He is survived by his wife, Anita of the home; his son, Ronald Long of Blue Springs, Missouri; a granddaughter, Robin Fitzpatrick of Lincoln, Missouri, a grandson Robert Long of Blue Springs,MO; his mother-in-law, Katherine Dewhirst of Licking, Missouri; two great-grandchildren, Myka and Link Fitzpatrick and numerous other relatives and friends.

            Lowell served his country in the National Guard and was a member of the Licking American Legion 559.
