Obituary of Ina Irene Hagler

Ina Irene Hagler was born April 14, 1922, in Licking, Mo., to Russell A. and Laura Ann Stone. While surrounded by family, she went to be with the Lord at her home in Licking on April 19, 2020. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene; mother and father; infant son, Jerry Lee; one brother, Ralph; sister-in law, Jessie Stone; and son-in-law, Darrell Bentley. Ina is survived by one son, Jim Hagler and wife Anna Jane; daughters, Bonnie Bentley and Judy Rinne and husband Jack, all of Licking; six grandchildren, Nancy Derrickson and husband Jason of Licking, Tracy Logsdon and husband Brooks of Kirbyville, Robin Wallace and husband Bobby of Licking, Bobby Hagler and wife Serena of Licking, Jeremy Rinne and wife Nicolle of Licking, Jarad Rinne and wife Delanie of Licking; and seventeen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many, many friends. In her earlier years, Ina worked as a bookkeeper in their family owned business, a cafeteria worker for Licking School and a salesclerk in Town and Country Department Store in Licking. Her greatest occupation, however, was being mom, grandmother and great-grandmother. Many will remember her enjoyment of baking banana bread and sharing it with family and friends. Her greatest passion was her love for her Lord and going to church. She was faithful in reading her bible and quoting scriptures up to the very end. Visitation will be held Saturday, April 25, 2020, from 12 - 2 p.m. at Fox Funeral Home, Licking. Social distancing will be practiced, 10 people will be allowed for viewing at a time. A graveside service will follow immediately after at Licking Cemetery with Reverend Erin McConnell officiating. Pallbearers are Bobby Hagler, Jason Derrickson, Jeremy Rinne, Jarad Rinne, Brooks Logsdon and Bobby Wallace.
