My condolences to the family. I had the honor of working with Steve the past 3 years and he was a real character. He always had a smile and kind words for the Safety Ladies. That made it very difficult to tell him about something he did on his logs. Steve would most often say, "Yes I did it, Yes I know I shouldn't, and Yes I Will do it again", smiling the entire time. He would then launch into one of his Naval tales and get us all laughing. I will miss his smile and stories. May GOD give you all peace and comfort during this difficult time. Rest in Peace Mr. Steve.
