Sherry ( My 2nd mom) wil always hold a special place in my heart forever. I remember as a teen during the summer , I would ask to come visit for the weekend and end up spending two weeks on the farm. She always made sure that each one of her bonus children were fed and we had daily trips to the private beach. Sitting at the kitchen table drinking coffee and playing cards or one of a dozen board games she enjoyed playing with us. I remember one summer day in which I was the driver, several of us piled into her large ( Clarke Grizzwald ) station wagon and drove to which felt like a trip to Wally World but to Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey. Mom made sure that we all had an unforgettable trip full of laughter and great memories. My fondest memory of mom however was, just sitting on her couch at Christmas time and watching her Christmas tree decorating OCD skills come to life. She would strategically hand place and straighten each ornament on the tree and always made sure to include any and all ornaments any of her many children made for her. The final pieces of beauty to finish off the tree was her elegant attention to detail by placing one strand of tinsel on each branch. To this day I have never seen a tree decorated for Christmas to come close to the elegant beauty of moms. She was definitely a woman of great wisdom and sometimes sarcastic opinions ( even at times when not needed) but through it all, most definitely wise. She was without a doubt one of my most favorite people with the biggest, loving and caring heart. I will forever hold onto our memories and think of you often. It’s never a goodbye but always will be “ until we meet again mom”. Love you always
