Barbara J. Lavely, 67, daughter of Walter J. Sebastain and Francis E. Luck was born September 24, 1947 at St. Louis, Missouri. She passed away July 13, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
She married Donald W. Lavely on August 2, 1973. They had one son.
Barb loved being with her family. She enjoyed traveling and going to the casino.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Surviving are her husband of the home; one son, Donnie and daughter-in-law, Jenny of Springfield, Missouri; one brother, Wally Sebastian, several nieces and nephews; and two special great nephews, Jack and Adam.
